I recommend getting a syringe instead of the little bottle. (Of course someone will be right along and say they like the bottle better.)
Wear latex (or nitrile if you're allergic) gloves and keep the fluid off the paint on your frame. It will eat through paint and it really dries out your skin (probably carcinogenic too).
Use isopropyl alchohol to clean up.
Remove the pads while bleeding to prevent contamination.
