BTI lists mountain and bmx grips together and I pulled up ODI and under some of the BMX grips its says takes standard mtb/bmx lock-on clamps. I think most BMX grips a just a little bit longer since there is less to put on the bar.

Sweet. I noticed that they sell that grip in a 130mm and a 143mm length. 130mm is standard mtb.

If you're looking for grips with flanges, DMR and Deity do grips with them. They're(the flanges) also smaller than regular BMX grips, so you don't have to trim them down to get them to work without getting in the way of your shifters and such. I'm running Deity's Enoki grips on my bike.
