Im looking to buy a bmx but i dont know what to get a race or street bmx :imstupid: for street i like the more dirt jump frame on race but can i use it for street?????

The biggest differences you're going to notice are frame material and weight. If you're dirt jumping it, get something steel. (much more durable)

After that, it doesn't much matter. My vote is to get something used and cheap until you figure out what you really want.

Depends on the specific bike. Some are too light for heavy use, and some will have chainstays a bit to long. Some race frames would probably be ok.

race bikes are for racing and smooth dirt jumping, not street. even if it felt alright on street, you don't want to be racing something that has taken street abuse.
