bmx rear sprockets made for 1/8" bmx chain?

heres my problem i have a fsa front chainwheel made for 1/8" bmx chains(on their website they say that it has a 1/8" tooth profile so imagine its made for 1/8" bmx chains..)im getting a rear bmx cassette type hub..so do rear bmx spockets work with 1/8" chains?

If by sprocket you mean freewheel, yes 1/8" is standard, 3/16" is super sized. 3/16" chain does not like to be on a 1/8" freewheel, but 1/8" chain likes it very much. Same thing for front chainwheel/sprocket, except a 3/16" chain will fit a 1/8" frt sprocket.
