Does anyone know anything about "Toe-ing" brake pads for Shimano V-Brakes? I heard that it stops the brake squeeling.

Yup, it helps for pretty much any brake (v, canti, u...). Just tip the front in a tiny bit more than than the rear. A millimeter is enough. Kinda improves modulation too.

One or two cards are the perfect fit for it.
