I was thinking about the parts on my bikes that I never, ever have to worry about and how there are certain components and accessories that I don't shop around for; I just buy 'em based on past experiences. Do you guys have similar favorite products and/or brands that you like to support?

Here's my (kinda long) list of parts and brands from which I am not likely to stray:
-Maxxis tires (specifically the Minion DHF)
-WTB saddles (specifically the Silverado)
-Thomson stems and seatposts
-Easton handlebars
-Easton Flatboy pedals
-ODI Ruffian lock-on grips
-e13 chainguides
-Avid hydraulic disc brakes
-FSA headsets (specifically the Orbit Xtreme Pro)
-Mavic rims
-DT spokes
-Salsa seat collars and skewers
-661 gloves and protective gear
-Royal apparel
-Five.Ten shoes

Won't be buying Thomson again after having their stupidly undersized 4mm hex stem bolts sieze twice now.
Maxxis
Sram/Avid
Depending on the new Boxxer I may stray from Fox forks...

May I recommend a torque wrench and a tube of grease? The size of the bolt doesn't cause it to seize; overtightening and a lack of grease, however, do.

Every bike of mine:

Chris King headset and a Thomson seat post.

Everything else is more or less a hodge-podge, but I do tend to gravitate towards a lot of the brands already listed (namely, Shimano, Maxxis, etc.)

Been there done that.
You can buy 5mm hex bolts that fit, this fixes them, but still a design flaw I reckon. Plus you got plenty of other manufacturers that offer a better product usually for less $$ now.

Thomson posts (never any real problems)
Shimano SPD pedals (just like the feel and durability; have them on all my bikes)
Fizik saddles (Arione on the road, Nisene on DH, trail FS and XC HT)

Beyond that, it's a mix. I like trying new things. I ran Maxxis Minion DHFs this year and last and liked them better than anything else I've tried. I'll still probably end up changing for next year just for kicks, though.
