Well you're close :-) - your links point to the same product - all Groove Armada cogs are shimano spline compatible.

Brant,

Can you design up a disc fixie cog and put it into mass production, pleeeeez? Boone takes too dang long, and I can't find another reliable source.

Guaranteed you'll sell a lot...or your money back :busted:

I thought someone was doing them? I did think about it, but haven't had chance to look at chainline issues - are there any?

Kogswell is puported to be doing some, but multiple attempts to contact them have led to nothing, i.e., they never got back to me. Besides, they aren't anywhere as cool as you and your bikes :brows:

As for chainline issues, I've never had any with my disc fixie cogs. I haven't done any actual measuring of the chainline, but I can run the front chainring in the inner and outer position. This weekend I did a gravel road century and wanted to put a bigger ring on. The 46 T ring wouldn't fit in the outer position (because of the chainstay interference), so I used 4mm chainring spacers to bump it out a bit. No problemo.

Maybe I'm lucky, but I've never (or at least don't recall) ever having chainline issues in my 6 years of singlespeeding on all kinds of bikes and drivetrains. I even switch between inner and outer chainring positions when I want to put on a bashguard and don't notice a difference.
