It's been awhile since I posted over here, so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity. Unknown to me...and the rest of the mtb world...my wife put a deposit on this beauty way back in 2007 as a wedding present. Needless to say...I am extremely stoked!
What started off as simple tubes...
Turned into a frame...
and eventually came to my front doorstep as a candy red work of art...

14 total coats of color and clear candy apple red by Keith Anderson
4 Phil Wood BB bearings pressed directly into the frame (no external cups)
Custom powder coated black pieces (XT cranks, paragon sliders, rotors, hub end caps...)
Boone 18T rear cog
Formula K18 brakes
Salsa bars
Thomson Stem and Post
Marzocchi 20mm TA in front rigid fork
SDG Saddle
Industry Nine wheels with red and black spokes alternated ever two
