Any of you folks use ceramic bearings? I put them on my road bike, specifically the wheels, and was thinking about putting them on my rear derailuer and possibly the bottom bracket. Is it worth the expense? I did notice the difference when I put them on my wheelset, but was wondering if the other upgrades that i'm considering would make that much of a difference.
