Would like to know this too. Getting airlifted out is never a good sign...any update on Vink's crash??
Missed the whole damn thing - course conditions wet or dry?
Congrats to Gee - well done!
Can't wait to see footage of the race (hope Reid is OK)!
Its been far better for me too, last year was a bit of a disaster.I'd like to say that the coverage from Freecaster was excellent. Major improvement from any of the races I viewed last year live (haven't seen any live ones this year).
Only issues were the one minor cut out in the middle, some blipping, and if there was a particularly slow rider on course they wouldn't shift to the rider behind them in time to see their run at all (example, didn't see any footage from Kovariks run - rider in front of him crashed and he must have been right on his tail).
The panning cameras did a REALLY good job of adding some depth to the shots. Those were impressive.
If that is the kind of quality to consistently expect, I would have no issue paying some fee for that.
WTF does that mean? Most off the things you write don't make sense. From a fellow South African ------->
Nico was at the bar. He is good to go.
Pure bad-azzness right thereGracia shows how the big hip jump is done
And half the content is 12 yr old d-bags hatin' on one rider or anotherwhat the heck happened? only a 20 page thread for the 'gnarliest' world cup of all time?
quoting this quote because it isn't a liequoted for lameness
Well there was no Vital MTB OTB going on so no one cared. I was up this morning watching it and its been a long day for me. The racers were on a challenging track that's for sure.what the heck happened? only a 20 page thread for the 'gnarliest' world cup of all time?
looks like #54I did not see Sick Mick on the results, was he there?
Stik - thanks man! Been super busy with work - couldn't even make it out to race this weekend.Looked like the aftermath of torrential rain, meaning, an absolute nightmare track of slop, ruts, death....but did not seem to be raining.
If I remember correctly, at the beginning of the Freecaster coverage it said 560m drop for 1.6km of track.Anyone know how much vert the course covers and how long it is? All I can find is this image http://www.bikepark.ch/downhill-mtb-worldcup-access.html and I can't read any of the text.
Was Gee actually riding clips for that??? I thought that even Minnaar was riding flats. Hard to tell.So is this the first time a dedicated clipless pedal racer has won a World Cup?

I was talking about Capricorn, agreeing with you. I'll spell it out. From a fellow South African(Capricorn is South African) he's crazy Maybe not the expressed in the best manner possible, but nothing you couldn't have figured out with a little thought.WTF does that mean? Most off the things you write don't make sense.
So that's like an average grade of....~36%. Gnarly dude.If I remember correctly, at the beginning of the Freecaster coverage it said 560m drop for 1.6km of track.
My appologies Primo, as my comment was meant for Capricorn.I was talking about Capricorn, agreeing with you. I'll spell it out.
