1 remove the spanner/bearing adjusters/dust caps.
2 remove the axle caps (atleast one).
3 tap (gently) the axle (the side w/o the cap) through the hub with a soft faced hammer, removing the bearing on the far side.
4 remove bearing from the axle and use the axle to tap the other bearing out in the same manner.
If you are very carefull with keeping every thing aligned, the bearings will come out quite easy, tollerance is very good in my experience (I own three sets).
Perhaps this might help, it's an exploded view and a step by step removal/installation guide is there for the rearhub. Works the same as a front hub for bearing removal.
Good luck, and it's not that hard.i already did 2 rearhubs for my mate. Just need the proper tools to do the job.
They are similar, but the rears do require a slightly different technique. On the rears, both bearings must come out the non-drive side...the drive side bearing needs to be pushed inside the hub body, then out the non-drive side. With the front hub, this is not needed (might not be possible, IDK, never tried)...each bearing comes out their respective sides.
