if i am changing my cranks to hollzfeller anf i have the stock standard cranks on my bike will i have to change the bottom bracket and also what bottom bracket should i get i have a GT Chucker 1.0 '05 model

what hollzfeller? what kind of bb do you have right now square taper or isis?

Is this your set-up ?

Cranks : Truvativ Ruktion, aluminum, splined axle interface, steel pedal inserts, 170mm, 32 x 22, Bashring

Bottom Bracket: Truvativ Howitzer XR, cr-mo splined axle, oversize sealed bearings, alloy cups


If this is what you have, you will need the new 2006 Holzfeller that fit's on your Howitzer BB.

Dont know, will depend on if you gots square taper or isis, and is new ones are same, or possibly if they are outboard type.
