Want to built up a single speed dj/freeride/street bike that can handle the occasional drops from north shore bridges.

I want to go for the STP, but it's just soooooooo hard to get here, and it's just outside my price range.

How good is the GT chucker or ruckus frames? Or the Mongoose ritual?

Prefer shortish chainstays, something that manuals without to much effort etc.
What do you guys recommend?

take a look at the dabomb torra borra or the molotov 2. both are sweet frames. also look at norco 125 or 250, kona has good frames, or planet x. i have a khs dj200 and its taken the drops that i've done with it.
