Why are you set on ISIS?
Lots of BMX pedals are available in left side drive. Or you can just use a spline-drive sprocket on a BMX crank.

What w00dy said. Can't think of any with removable pedal inserts.
Actually, I've got some old Hussefelts that have threaded pedal inserts. They're not supposed to come out, but they have before. Not sure if they're the same outer thread left to right or not, so no idea if they'd switch.
In any case, they're not designed to come out so removing them is probably a bigger PITA than it's worth.

The pedal inserts in the Gravity Maximus are splined, so you can easily take them out with a hammer.

Why not swap spindles between the pedal bodies and loc-tite the threads that attach to the crank arm?
We used to do that all them time when left side drive just started to come out for bmx.
