The charge itself is absurd. The fact that it got to trial and a conviction is even more absurd. Five bucks says this is an intelligent design friendly area of the country. Another five bucks says that most of the kids who may have seen a penis or vagina that day have seen a 2 hour snuff film with a crucifixion at the end with the consent of their parents...
