Hey guys I've been spending too much time riding in this northwest weather..
got lazy and haven't greased my zerks for my needle bearings in a long time.

Went to do it yesterday and it seems they are clogged.. couldn't get any grease in there..

Last time I took the pivots apart and grease the bearings that way.. ended up with a bunch of play

I can't afford a new set of bearings for a bit anyone know any tricks to get grease in there?

Just pull the zerks out and clean them. Should come out with some needle nose pliers

The cross whole in the dogbone gets clogged easily. It will clog on only one side and leave one bearing completely dry.
You need to pull both bearings and stick an old drill bit down there. Pump some grease thru the zircs and it should flush them out.

If you can't afford bearings, grab some $1 bronze bushings. They are a direct swap and will get your linkage tight again.
