She's a cunt because she's a shill for the very industry that stands to lose money if this bill passes. And she's misrepresenting the intention of the bill to protect those interests.

I'll only bother clarifying it for you when you tell me what those provisions mean. Do you actually think she's correct? For the most part, I'm with Stewart. But it's beneficial because there's a simple structure being set forth to provide for living wills/end of life care. If you've ever been in that situation where there were no wishes expressed, it sucks. The simple goal of this section is avoid confusion. It's much simpler than this chick wants it to be.
