just built this one up last week with a bunch of spare $hit i had laying around.
had to buy the ENO ecc hub(105$) and the tyres(30$) though.

get a rear brake on that thing!

alternatively, flip the hub over and throw a track cog on it. I'm running a similar setup on a surly steamroller (flat bars and a front brake) and really enjoying it. the rollers in ct are simply too steep to make running brakeless worth the trouble.
