Hey
i have managed to scratch my sliders a litle bit, so i was wondering if there is anything i can do except buy new ones witch i realy dont want to do. i have heard of a posibilitie of aplying some kind of glue and than sanpapering it down but would like to know more. So can anyone give me some more ideas and information?

the best method i've heard of is using clear nail polish, then sanding it down with very fine grit sand paper (like, 1000 grit) till its flush.

What I did when I scratched my RS Pike was to sand it with a 600 grit. This way it won't damage the seals.

If it is deep and oil is leaking get some nail polish and fill it.

I smeared jb weld into a scratch and buffed it with 1000 emery cloth and it worked great.
