So, now that I finally have two bikes. I'm looking at doing some upgrades on the cannondale f7 I have, but I dont know where to start. I would like to make this bike a strong, fast, and reliable XC ht. I was thinking of maybe getting a lighter rims, new brakes(avid bb7), crankset, and last thing would be stem. Opinions, suggestions please!

Don't do anything too it. It' a cheep bike to begin with, and you are going to save money, and get a better bike if you just beat the piss out of it and buy something complete that's nicer when the time comes
