The new Demo 8 frame seems to be perfect frame for me, not to bad for my budget, nice working linkage, low center of gravity and not to heavy.

So far so good, but.. what about that Swinger 4-Way shock? I've tried the 6-Way on a Giant and it feelt super, but will I be able to get the same performance out of the 4-Way??

I've been looking at other bikes (SC Bullit and VP-Free and Norco DH Team) and all of these have better shocks, should I go for one of them instead?

What I would like to have is a quite nimble DH bike that corners well :help:

I had a fox one way and it was great.

Actually, it was a 2-way but if you touched the blue knob it would explode.

What I mean to say is that I'm a retro-grouch and all those tweaks are BS. I have everything backed all the way off on my 5th except the rebound damping.

You're not losing anything with the 4-way. The hi and lo speed compression adjustments on the Swinger 6-way don't do too much, and I usually don't use 'em on my bike. It sounds to me like the Demo 8 is your bike.
