It was awesome and I highly encourage a full face for anyone who has little experience, even on the easy trails. I was glad I had one! Over all though, the fun WAY OUT WEIGHED the ouch factor!
Nice pics, guys! With a little more planning on my part, I will be there next time for sure. The drop to rock tranny looks excellent, and the BMW trail... well, I guess it would help to have a BMW to ride that.
GOD DIZ-AMN!!!! Berms, jumps, bridges, fast trails.....Diablo has everything. Those pics are sweet. Glad you guys had a great time. We need to plan a trip there real soon. I really miss being able to use a long travel bike around here and I'm starting to crack.

I was wondering how long it would take you to find this thread  We're down with going to Diablo again, although our weekends are pretty booked for a while.

I've been crazy busy since we got back from Dalton. Work , new GF  , and a new "project" . Let's just say that you guys will have a new reason to come out this way soon
oh man, you know what  means, kiss the Thursday night urban rides goodbye!! I'm with ya though, this limit on the squishy bikes is svckin' arse. My body is getting too use to XC geometry......What's a lonely Kona Stab to do sitting in the garage?
