olympic paints does most of the turners, and if you buy direct from them for 150 bucks, or something like that you can get it painted however you want

They're definitely not as pretty looking as the smaller sizes, but at 6'4", sometimes ergonomics become more important!

The DHR comes standard with a remote DHX, or yoou can order them direct from Fox. Certainly, they're available from the UK distributors for something like a £20 upcharge on a standard 9.5*3" DHX.

I'm sure Turner will sell you one, but I think the Turner ones are specially tuned for the DHR, or maybe its the remote that's just for Turner. Anyways they are available.
