DHX5.0 or 5th element ?
Which is the better shock to run on a Sunday and why ?

DHX would be better then a 5th. the 5th has to much of a plat form for that bike. Fox is also just better feeling shox. they really steped it up this year. Doesn't a DHX5.0 come with that bike anyway?

Nope the Sunday comes with 5th element. my friend has a 5th on his Sunday and blew it out in the first 2 weeks he had it.... just a story to get you thinking hahah

Get a DHX! I think you have to get special mounting upgrades to eleminate play in the shox. But i think when ordering from Fox you can say that it is for A Sunday and you need the proper mounting.

I forgot about the 06 Sunday Team
but it's only a 3 way adjustable 5th element that comes with it.

Interesting that the 06 Sunday Factory comes with a 5th
and not a DHX5.0

Actually, factorys are spec'd with DHX's. the Sunday Team comes with a 5th 3-way.
