i have a "Dirt jump area" project with the city ongoing. They aske me for a plan and a details budget.

Anyone have that kind of information i can reuse ?
If not, from where should i start?

I don't, but this guy has been leading the way for many bmx type issues. He's the owner of the bmx usegroup that has educated cities on the issues of bikes in skateparks and land for dirtjumping areas such as insurance issues and things like that. Drop him an email. He's been doing this for a few years and has opened up the door for shared access in bmx parks. Good guy too.
