We're kicking off the 2024 Secret Santa! Exchange gifts with other monkeys - from beer and snacks, to bike gear, to custom machined holiday decorations and tools by our more talented members, there's something for everyone.
my list would include a 1970 monte carlo with a bored and stroked small block punched out to 383cu.in. pushin out about 355hp. at the rearwheels. recaro buckets. lowered two inches in the front and 3/4 in. in the rear. kyaba gas shocks and big@$$ed sway bars. 60series b.f.g.'s. it corners like a slot car.
and a bike rack to carry my d.h. bike.
little wrx's and such don't have a lot of time to get out of the way.
but they get me back when i have to stop for gas.(that's why my main ride is a 85 celica gts.)
I just did some brake work on my Outback, first time I've put a nickel into it. It carries my bikes and all my gear, I can sleep in it, I've driven it across the country, and chicks dig it. I'm not sure what your reason is for not liking them but I bet it's weak

I don't know if the mods will allow...and there is some debate to the "p".....but I think the pg rated def. is Fat Upper Pelvic Area. Think of OPP from back in the day and then incorporate it in.
And as far as whats a chick car and whats cool - I don't have any room to talk as I still drive a station wagon.
have you noticed that VW is trying to revamp the Jetta with a different image? All of their commercials now are trying to break the previous "Jetta stereotype." Basically, I think this means they're trying to say that you don't have to be a well-groomed suburban wasp to drive one.
