You know, unfortunately, he simply echoes the thoughts and words of many 'murikkkans™ when he does sh!t like this. He does not act like a statesman, nor does he act like a diplomat or even the distinguished businessman he claims to be. He acts like the worst gutter snipe conman scumbag you could ever find. Just over 40 percent of SNAP recipients are white. Another 25.7 percent are black, 10.3 percent are Hispanic, 2.1 percent are Asian and 1.2 percent are Native American, according to a 2015 Department of Agriculture report.

The context is that 13.3% of Americans are black, 17.8% Hispanic, 5.7% Asian, 1.3% Native American... Black people are indeed overrepresented on the rolls, although there certainly are plenty of poor white people as well.
