Hey all, we're having a huge United Way Day of Caring Event at Duthie on Friday 9/24... Along with the crew leaders, we could have as many as 100 volunteers that day. There will be several trail closures and misc trail work going on all over the place, so better to ride somewhere else on Friday, but if you have to ride Duthie, please stay off the closed trails and walk your bike around the volunteer work crews. And please spread the word! Thanks!
Ryan's Line will be closed from Thurs 9/23 am through the weekend. Re-building berms, adding features, armoring trails, fixing up damage from the dry summer skidding, etc. Sections of Bootcamp and StepItUp will be closed for berm repair and total re-builds. Sections of Dirt Corps & DWB lines will be closed for dirt work. A new easier roller coaster will be going in on MovinOn... a few hundred feet before the one we built a few months ago.
We won't be working on Braveheart, Luna Lines, Big Tree or the HLC Line (unless we find crew leaders to lead some work there
).
2Hi is TBD. We need some berm repair and some fresh dirt added to landings, but waiting to see if we have enough crew leaders.
And last but not least, we're going to put a ton o' peeps on the new beginner FR line and on a new advanced switchback option off of Movin On.
