E-13 @ Saint crank w/o ISCG mount?

Yes, it will work. Yes, people have done it.
If you have specific questions about your bike, you'd probably do better to contact E.13 directly by email - they are very prompt, knowledgable and courteous. But yes, there have been several threads asking if the E.13 chainguide will fit on Saint cranks, and the answer has always been yes.
With the most recent bashguard design, it fits right up, and if by chance you get a slightly older bashguard design, a small amount of filing will take care of it. The E.13 guys will tell you where and how much to file if you have a problem.
