Thats a big negatory. I went up there two days ago and there was 8in. of snow on the road, I hiked up for a while thinking it might be better towards the top but it just got deeper. So i wasted an hour and 10 min. trudging through powder to not even get to ride. Bummer. It has warmed up a little bit but i doubt enough to melt all the snow, there was a lot.
I'd give it till next weekend to be sure.
Ha! I won't complain about the 3" we had to trudge thru the entire way up a little over a week ago. We were ready for a nap by the time we made it to the top.
true that^^, unless you plain on fixing the trail you tear up by riding down it in the slope don't ride it at all. Colonnade is always killer in any weather......, SST is also good and the sandy soil allows for the best conditions when its raining.
