Just officially accepted the offer from a company. I will be a QA Technician for a mobile phone software development company. Huge increase in my yearly salary. Finally my wife can stop working 6 days a week 9-12+ hours a day.

Quality Assurance in software. Depending on the job description, you can be an engineer, tech, analyst, whatever. My unofficial title is Software QA Automation Engineer, but it takes too long to say. I usually just say I'm software engineer.
<edit> I've been in QA for about 14 years. Holy crap I feel old now.

just picked up a new job myself, I'm a care provider at an assisted living facility now. Once I get my EMT registration, I can hopefully move up to a supervisor and start training for CNA.
