40# even as she sits currently, but I didn't really hold back on anything as far as weight goes. This will be my resort/shuttle bike, so I expected it to come in a few pounds heavier than most of the more pedal-friendly builds I've seen.
Going to a Ti spring and a few other minor tweaks should bring her down to about 39. Just riding around the house she feels much lighter.
I'm 6'3", but I just left space there so I can decide where the right position is after a few rides and then I'll cut the rest of the steerer down flush.
- didn't take long for me to feel pretty dialed on this thing
- jumps great
- super nimble
- smooooth (I'm coming off a Demo 7 with the spacer removed and I don't feel like I've given anything up in terms of travel)
- awesome in steep techy stuff
- super stoked

This mirrors my feelings on mine after a 10 minute ride after work... I bet you want those bars down a bit? I feel like dropping my bars about 5mm... Just a touch. (I'm 6-2.)

Well, before the ride today, I put most of the spacers above the stem (there were several below it in the pics I posted) and the bars felt to be in a good spot. I may consider getting a 1" rise bar instead of the 2", but it actually felt pretty spot on. Only more seat time will tell.
Bottom line...can't wait to get back out on it!:beerjam:
