I put a pork shoulder in the crock pot with a salt/pepper/Thai green chile rub. Little orange juice to get things started, and the house is smelling quite tasty right now.
Queso doble crema chilchota. Kind of a wet-ish crumbly.

Since y'all are talking about food..... Breakfast tomorrow will be fresh venison tenderloin, grilled yellow squash, and two eggs, sunny side up. With a glass if freshly squeezed orange juice.
