I am planning on either getting an Origin-8 Uno or a Felt Brougham as a commuter bike. If I went with the Uno I would definitely get a 59cm but the Brougham only comes in a 58 or a 61. I have no way of sitting on this bike before I order it. My question is, will I be uncomfortable on a 58? I'm also afraid the 61 will be too big. What do you guys think? Should I go for a smaller or larger size for fixed gear commuting?

BTW I am 6'2" and I ride an XL Giant Reign ATM.

Always go smaller rather than larger.
You can always raise the seat-post or get a longer stem, but you can't shrink the frame.

Do yourself a favor and get the felt, it has better parts, and is also 6 pounds lighter than the origin8. Go smaller.

TT length is a good measurement to go by. what do you normally ride?
