Ok i am trying to to flatground 180s and i can get all the way around but as soon as i get there i just stop and cant roll anymore? Do you guys have some tips on rollin outa them?
Make sure you're spinning straight out. I have that problem right now, but I'm trying to learn to spin my opposite direction. Basically, I'm getting the full 180 while moving forward, but going 2 or three feet to the right at the same time. It knocks you off balance when you land.
Carve less, spin faster is what I've find helps.
Sounds like you aren't used to pedaling backwards. I'd find a nice flat length of road (no traffic pls) and roll backwards while sitting on the seat. Try and get your feet on the pedals and just roll with it. Once you get better at it, try standing up. Better at that? Get back to your 180's.
actually, the way I learned to ride fakie was to roll up a small embankment, give a small bunny hop, the roll out.
The trick is, try to have your legs ready to start backpedaling before the wheels even hit the ground. Personally, I find it best to have my cranks horizontal, then whichever foot is in back ready to go for the back pedal.
Try to envision the landing and starting to backpedal as one smooth motion.
I'm no pro at them, that's for sure...in fact..I seem to be regressing! But it just sounds like you're not going fast enough. It took a LOT for me to really start ripping them out, but it's actually EASIER the faster you go. And I've seen a lot of different styles, I tend to roll backwards a little until I run out of speed, looks weak, feels weak. By bud pops em and doesn't backpedal at all, just whips it straight back around. Basically just lands and bounces back around again. I personally like the tire scuff around, but can't do that yet...
Yep... It helped a ton when I was learning to roll backwards to ride up a quarter or wedge with enough momentum to get to the top and then get set to roll back out. Helps to have more speed and keep the front wheel straight. After I got that figured out the bunnyhop at the top was really fun.
Another reason I liked the roll up and back on a quarter or wedge is that the constant 180's to roll backs trashed my back wheel fast. But the 180's are fun. Good luck man and have fun.

note that it's not a kick-out trick. you're not doing a bunnyhop then "kicking" the back end around (that's what most beginners do).
check out how this dude only gets about 90 degrees. http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=how+to+bunnyhop+180&emb=0&aq=f#
his mistake is that he need to pull the front end up way higher. you have to pull up in an arc then lift your bike into the bunnyhop while rotating the FRONT of your body 180 degrees. your bike will turn naturally under you.
