I am going to see if I can make it. I probably wouldn't bring the camera but it would be fun to get out of the house for something other than doctors, work and physical therapists!

I'd like to go, is there a way to buy tix online? also, are the times for the show the times for just the movie premier or the times of the flow rider show? That looks really badass.

They will probably show the movie first, then go outside to watch the flow riders, rinse repeat... Perhaps the other way around but that's the idea.

Sorry don't think you can buy online. With a credit card you can buy over the phone.

303-985-4487

Hope to see you there, it should be a great time.

edit: advance purchase information.

Sorry don't think you can buy online. I'd suggest going in a group, so you could make one person go buy in advance.

I'm holding some tickets for people, but really don't want to get screwed there.

Hope to see you there, it should be a great time.
Eric(NoCoastFreeride?) is gonna go pick me up some tix for the 3:30 show hopefully. I'll probably bring a camera to try and take some pics. Hopefully it brings in a lot of people who aren't into the freeride part of cycling and gives them new light on the subject, maybe even making some new bikers out of it.

Well I am going to go assuming that I can get a ride. So I guess it is still up in the air. Anyhow, the location is cool, it brought in lots of people last time even though it rained. hailed and rained again. It is right off the bike path so that is pretty nice too.

Hopefully I will see you guys there.

MB, I have a buddy that lives in Broomfeild off of 128th, I'm think he is going to go to the show, if he does go I'm sure he would not mind giving you a ride to and from the show. Would you like me to ask him?

Dude, sorry for the incomplete information. I didn't know you could call in, but it does sound easier for everyone.

BTW I'm matt from Tuesday night. I didn't know if there was any reason you would know that. It can be hard to recognize a monkey in person.

I think it's a new beer called "free" it's the best thing yet. Seriously, it's being donated, so probably whatever they think is their best selling/tasting/give them the most repeat business beer. I'd guess at least one keg of Avalanche.

If you're still on the fence... Let's see, did I mention door prizes? Last year there was a ton of shwag, not sure on the details of the door prizes this year, I know there will be some.

By my math if you like bikes and beer you can't afford NOT to go.

.........Just thought I would post this since it could affect people trying to get to Mojo for the bike porn and show.

Water main break could jam traffic at 6th and Sheridan

DENVER - On a day when there is already plenty of water falling from the sky, Sheridan Boulevard has water bubbling up from underneath, also.

A water main broke and sent water gushing up through manhole covers on Sheridan about a block south of 6th Avenue.

The water has been turned off, but crews repairing the water main have shut down southbound Sheridan from 6th Ave. to 4th Ave. The northbound lanes may also be closed for a period of time. There is a detour in place, but if you want to avoid the hassle, avoid the entire area.

This closure is expected to last through the evening and possibly into Saturday.

I helped set the stuff up today (in the snow) the stunts are up, and will be ridden, rain/snow/sun... Whatever. They did say something about not hitting the 20 foot drop in high winds, but other than that they are ridding. If it is wet or snowing tomorrow they will lay down some wire or something for traction. Last year it was hailing and the only reason they stopped was because the spectators went inside.

There are still tickets left for every show. Last year very few tickets were sold in advance. This year probably 40% of available tickets were bought in advance.

Sorry for the pic quality.

This is one of the big drop being set up. This year it is even bigger, now 20 Feet. In the background you can see the start of the roller coaster.

Sorry I didn't have more pics, the battery in my camera died. This is actually early in the setup. This year since their stunts made it across the boarder, they are bigger and better. They have some ridiculous shinnies, like a 1 inch thick fence skinny, and even a chain! The show should be bigger and better than last year. I noticed one of them is on a hardtail. I'm helping build this thing... Thinking about taking a hardtail, riding 100 feet of bridge until I'm 20 feet off the ground, jumping over a van, and hoping I stop before I run into the street. I saw the show last year, but even still they have things this year that I'll have to see before I understand it.

And in case anybody is wondering I will say it again.

RAIN/SNOW/ or SUN this show will happen. Hopefully it's sunny, and sold out.

This year there are 4 flowriders and they are all super cool.

That's awesome! I'm going to the 3:30, what time would you recommend getting there so I can get a good spot there to take some pics (however ****ty they turn up being with only a disposable camera) and just to get a good close spot to watch? Also, any chance of getting some autographs at all?:)

Just make sure you show up a little early. Everyone will probably be moving around to get different angles on the different stunts, I'm sure you wouldn't want to stay in one spot either.

I don't see why you couldn't get an autograph. The guys are very approachable. They don't seem the type that are used to giving autographs, they are very down to earth.
