I hope im in the right place...
Have a Manitou Stance from 05 (120-150), thats been sitting and a Manitou Nixon 06, and i wanna try switching the seals and oil. the only thing is, ive never opened a fork yet !
I'm pretty handy and i do almost all my bike work by myself..
Where can i get some help over the net ?
