Once again, you've shot your mouth off w/o benefit of having any idea what you are talking about. You couldn't fill your hat with what you know about this issue so shut your cakehole.

But since you asked I made not one, but two six month trips to the Persian Gulf. Both without the luxury of being armed. As for the rest of my career I more than filled my dance card with crap most folks would run like hell from, both within and far beyond the "normal" missions of the USCG.

This puss, on the other hand, signed up knowing full well that the Army's sole purpose on this planet is to kill people and break stuff. He commited to that mission and now, when asked to follow through on it, he is running from that commitment. What a man. A liar, a coward, and a deserter.

Ya'all can have him.

I say good riddence. Better he's sucking the Canadian's welfare system dry than being here from us to support his useless ass.

canada denies asylum for ft bragg deserter

well, well, well.

ain't it funny al-qaeda can find safe harbor there, but not a <cough> us "soldier"?

hinzman's "attorney", jeffrey house, added this brilliant display of the stock legal-eagle rhetoric:
''We don't believe that people should be imprisoned for doing what they believe is illegal,"
** edit to add **
House is a Wisconsin native who came to Canada in 1970 to avoid the draft during the Vietnam War
