Does anyone have time on this fork? I'm thinking about putting this on an sx trail and having a replacement for my dh bike and my am bike in one.
I have an '07 36 talas that I'd say isn't the greatest as far as plushness is concerned, but I've ridden some newer versions that felt way better.
Any good feedback on the 2011 180mm version would be much appreciated.

Hey, 2011 fox talas 180 kashima black is a awesome fork right out of the box. No stichen like most older air forks, feels like coil with good bottomout. You should get one.

Thanks for the reply.. Have you ridden this fork? I guess I have to get out and ride one, but I just want to know now!

I had never ridden Fox stuff before this year because of cost. I bought short travel SX complete with a 2010 36 Float on it. I changed the travel from 100mm to 160mm and put it on an 09 Bighit as experiment. After 2 days in Windrock and 4 days at Snowshoe I was convinced. I sold the 2010 160mm and bought the 2011 180mm. I've had 5-6 days of shuttle runs on it and can't say enough. The thing is great, so far. Can't speak for the Talas but I really like the Float.
