Looking for some advice. I've been breaking the plunger shaft in my Fox 40s every other month. Has this happened to anyone else? Any thoughts on what is wrong? I don't want to replace the shaft again only to have it break again in two months. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Is their play in your bushings?

No play exists in the tubes and it does not leak or loose oil.

You sure you have all the spacers in correctly?

I trust so. The first time it broke the service center replaced everything so trust they did the work right but not 100% sure.
