so my 2009 40 rc2 has developed a litle play betwen the lowers and the sliders, everything apears to be tightened corectly so i am suspecting the bushes are worn out, so my question is if it is posible to change put just the bushings or do i have to change the lowers?

nah, i bet you only have to change the bushings. Unless something is seriously wrong, you shouldnt need to change the lowers.
are there no online shops you can order the BUSHINGS from?
another google search with my speeling checked turned out they are not hard to find
