Was wondering if you can put a fox spring on a swinger 4 way or if there is any others compatible?

I used to run a fox spring on my revox with no problem. Just verify the inner diameter of the fox spring and of course make sure you're using the correct length spring for your shock.

How about titanium springs, do they come for specific shocks or are they generic as long as the dia. and is right?

They're pretty generic. So long as the inner diameter gives clearance for your shock body and the spring stroke matches your shock stroke, you're golden.
