I got a few juicy ones and a mealy one. I'm not a huge fan of mealy peaches...Yah - Palisade peaches are often pretty fucking amazing, too.

Sometime I want to dehydrate some whole peaches and try to make mocochinchi.
Sodium citrate for mac and cheese is a game changer.

The apples I got are from the USA. Is there anyway to tell from the sticker where they actually come from?

Those Pink Ladys are from last year's crop, so they're probably not the best piece of fruit. The Honeycrisp are likely fresh, damn that's a lot of money though.

I think the barcode can provide traceability back to the packing facility and from there to the farm. I have never tried to trace a piece of fruit before though.I'll take a bucket or three off yours hands.
