A friend bailed on our ride today. Oh well, not a huge loss as I slept in after the edible i ate last night kicked my ass to bed.

Planning on riding a short local trail after I'm done meeting with someone from PB to look at this Fox 36.

But.... it just started snowing. I really want to go for a ride, but not so much in the freezing wind and snow. Where the heck is May weather??

Afternoon monkey's. Trails still muddy but the weather is better than forecast so I am off for some more base miles or hours, today is 3 hours at 65%. That pace generates 18 "on your left" per hour.

Not bad! Much better than my first "bluesy recording" a while back. :D

Two C-17s just flew directly over the house with cargo doors wide open at about 200 feet off the ground. Military often performs exercises over dense Urban areas right?

Major miscalution. Mild conditions were the calm before the storm, went from light rain to severe rain in the space of 45 minutes. Will ride north to Fort Benton tomorrow; light S/SW in the morning and E/NE by 1PM. Basically a fat roadie wet dream.

Holy titties it's cold out. Could have ridden a lot more but my toes and fingers were on the verge of turning into meat popsicles.

Dropper lever is holding on and worked beautifully...

I wanted to make fun of your weather, but then the torrential downpour arrived.

Which just meant riding the rootiest trail around to relive the days of riding in the PNW. I mean everyone loves crack addict in the rain right?

The two little knobs control the rear rotisserie burner, and the side ceramic searing burner...at least on my Napoleon.
