Gals are invited to a skills session sponsored by FTTRC with the help of Wheelsport East.
Saturday, June 28 9-12 at Beacon, BBQ lunch to follow.
This will be a great session for beginners and intermediates - working on simple obstacles and terrain that can be intimidating if you are newer to the sport.
We will focus on the basics: body position; body bike separation, braking, descending and climbing. Chris from WSE will be helping with additional skills for obstacles.
All of our programs are free- our job is to help folks get out and have more fun on the trail.
Donations to FTTRC are welcome of course.
