Damn I feel kinda left out…I’ve never broken anything on any of my bikes EVER so I can’t give anyone any props for warranty stuff. I rarely buy mail order it’s too easy to find stuff on eBay so I can’t bitch about that either. I did buy a castelli jersey and the zipper broke after a year or so…(sigh)

How long have you been riding? Like 3 months?

Cane Creek is tops in my book for customer service.

Edit: Never mind - I remembered you live in Texas.......... I get it now. :D

Just got off the phone with Progressive Suspension and I'm happy to report that the 5th element shock I sent in for repair just last week is on its way back, all fixed, free of charge! Keep in mind that it came with a Bullit that I bought used, so I was surprised to hear there's no charge for the repair.

Plus, since I sent it UPS 2-day (across the country) they're returning it the same way.

Just wanted to let everyone know, Progressive Suspension rocks! :thumb: :D

Nice - I'll add you to the list of people to not pick on, Dogboy.
