I know this is going to spark some debate but after reading a few posts from earlier I really need to throw this one out. I kinda make it my goal for My cousing, son and I to go out and find the gnarliest, most technical, craziest riding we can find. We've searched from east to west, north to south in search of crazy fun places to ride from northshore, to downhill blasting, and yes we have traveled to Diablo 4 times over the past few years, so here goes let's hear it what's the craziest, most technical, biggest place you've ridden
1) downhill
2) northshore style
3) natural technical XC

We're always looking for new places to ride.

I've been there.

Has all three covered nicely.

1) downhill
2) northshore style
3) natural technical XC

probably the toughest trail i've ever ridden was double vision, at sunday river. a close 2nd was the cut-through trail from Morzine to Les Gets, through the woods. nasty, rooty, off-camber, and wet. much different from the bermed/smooth tracks you'd find more easily out there.

both of these were much tougher than anything i rode @ northstar.

I would say the gnarliest trail section I have ever ridden or attempeted to ride would be Yard Sale at Mt. Snow, VT.

XC wise, Prolly American Standard in Thorpe. A couple others that are close are Hubbard mtn in NEPA or Merli-Sarnoski in NEPA.
