I finially blew up the rear hub in my rhynolite xl's and now im looking for a new wheelset. i mostly ride AM stuff so i need them to be light (atleast lighter than my current setup) but i do alot of weekend trips to bigger, gnarlier trails so i need something strong that i dont have to worry about on drops or cased jumps. and heres the kicker...i need it cheap. im in college and in the process of building up my jeep too so im broke.

ideas:
-transition revolutions
-sun-ringle equalizer 31's

my bike is a transition preston with 150mm manitou travis.

any suggestions? thanks.

I think transition just came out with an all mountain wheelset.

edit: The link on there home page just takes you to the 32 and 36 wheels. I would call them and ask.

another vote for the revolutions. They are about 300 grams lighter than an equalizer wheelset or the outlaws. That and the choice of color is better:imstupid:

I have an older set of Revolution 32's, and I think the 2510g is a bit of hopeful thinking. I would bet 2700g on them... Bulletproof though...
