Hi all, please post your review for this hub if you have one, and does anyone know if it is sealed bearing or not, thanks

It's loose ball, like all shimano hubs.

They consistently make good stuff. If you're on a budget this isn't a bad option. I recommend getting a pair of cone wrenches for it though. If it loosens and you can't adjust it you'll go mad with frustration.

Thanks, and also does anyone know the benefits of sealed bearings, except for the fact they are sealed?
