Mornin' all...

I hyperextended the tendons in my foot on wednsday. So no riding for me...alas. I'm going into withdrawl already...

mornin stosh, everyone...

I had a great ride yesterday. I believe the trail was called Backbone... just ouside of Santa Monica. it was a nice 4 + hour ride.... with one long calf-buster climb, lots of slower technical areas to deal with .

nope... he lives in Del Mar.. and he doesnt ride much so i wont keep my expectations to high...
can you let me know of a good place to ride??

iIt was Quite a shock to me as well.... but your right.. def different from the east coast
